Denominations: 60 - 80 cents; total face value: ¥ 3.80. The set has an introduction in Chinese on the first page with an illustration of Andersen's story "The Emperor's New Clothes." The next page has the five stamps, each depicting a separate story, and the introduction in English. 2. Full sheet of 10 stamps (2 sets): Scott #3437, China Post Serial #2005-12: Andersen's Fairy Tales. Denominations: 60 - 80 cents; total face value: ¥ 7.60. The third page has another introduction to Andersen in Chinese and English; the full sheet (two sets) of the stamps are on the fourth page. 3. Set of 5 stamps: Scott #3049, China Post Serial #2000-15: Little Carps Leaping over the Dragon Gate. Denominations: 80 cents; total face value: ¥ 4.00. The fifth page introduces in Chinese the ancient Chinese folk tale about carps leaping over the Dragon Gate to become dragons, illustrating the virtues of effort and perseverance. Souvenir sheet: Scott #3374, China Post Serial #2004-15: The Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea. Denomination: ¥6 ; total face value: ¥6.00 . This is a single large stamp in a higher denomination ( ¥6) with an introduction to the legend of the Eight Immortals in Chinese on the left and next to the stamp itself and the English on the right. 6. Set of 4 stamps: Scott #3346-9, China Post Serial #2004-5: Stories of Idioms. Denominations: 80 cents ; total face value: ¥3.2 0. These four stamps each illustrate a common Chinese saying which teaches a valuable lesson. The background to each idiom is in Chinese on the left-hand page and, along with the stamps, in English on the right. The stamps are all in mint condition, never hinged, hardly touched except for photographing. They are protected by clear plastic covers attached to the albums. The album is also in mint condition. The slip case has very slight, negligible storage wear in the corners. Please examine the photos carefully.
